My Goals

Step 1-Desire

I would like to improve my flexibility.

Step 2-Belief

I belief i can accomplish my desire because i come from a history of athletes.

Step 3-Analyze where you are now

I currently sit and reach 2 1/2 inches.

Step 4-Set realistic goal

I ultimately want to be able to sit and reach atlest 6 inches.

Step 5-Write your goals in detail

I will streach everyday. Doing the sit and reach,

Step 6-List the benifits you will receive

Less back-pain, able to use more of my muscles, and more fluiditiy are all benifits I will receice.

Step 7-Identify obstacles

Some obstacles in my way are

Make work outs to focus on flexability.

Step 10-Develop a timeline

By the end of the semester / year i want to be able to fall in the healty zone of all fittness test.

I will exmain the results of the sit and reach each week.
